First of all, we recognize that the steep terrain, even though it has a beautiful view of the lake, made for one of the most difficult locations to build. Secondly, your basis of operation was almost 300 miles away from our lot. We also admit that we are very particular about having the best of workmanship and materials. At the same time, we wanted to get the most value for every dollar spent. We almost had to concede to using a local builder, knowing that our choice of floor plans, materials and workmanship would be compromised. Then your company agreed to take on the job.

Well, we are thrilled with the results! It is better and more beautiful than we imagined it would be. It would not have turned out so fantastic without the expertise and hard work of your staff. We did not expect that you could take such a basic house plan and modify it to the point that we feel like we are in a total custom home as soon as we walked inside. We are also impressed with the quality. We know that no one else could have matched what you built for the money. What is amazing is that you did this with such integrity and honesty. That is a very rare commodity these days.

We want to especially thank Chad for doing such a great job for us. He is such an asset in so many ways. We were so impressed with everyone’s attitude, skill and work ethic. We know all of you and your families made sacrifices in building our home.
